If you working in a management position you may be required to attend meetings. Your Access to Work entitlement will cover the costs of reasonable adjustments. This would include the provision of an Speech-to-Text reporter to attend your meetings and provide a verbatim account of what is being said. An STTR is trained to be as inconspicuous as possible and not to interfere with your working life. A minute of the meeting is also available in this instance.
